For OCA, the concept of “It’s about you” is derived from the fact that too often, construction projects are led by the vision of the design team, sometimes without due input from the client. At OCA, we look at the term “It’s about you” as a way of informing us, the design team, that it’s all about “YOU”, the client. OCA’s approach is collaborative, incorporating the aspirations of the client and the expertise of the design team. We place great emphasis on making sure that we incorporate the client’s aspiration for the project in the design process. The marriage of the two is a recipe for a successful project.
