BAY STATION MANAGEMENT OFFICE
OCA's Principal's prior project with the high end residential complex in Montclair, involved the design drawings of a Leasing Office. In addition to the mixed-used residential, that was comprised of one, two and three bedroom units with commercial space of approximately 11,000 SF, OCA's principal constructed the buildings leasing office over the parking garage. The total project development cost was approximately $30.0 million.
