SUSTAINABLE DESIGN
MRAVLAG MANOR MANAGEMENT OFFICE
In his prior endeavor, OCA’s Principal served in the capacity of Principal-in-Charge for the addition to Mravlag Building. The project scope involved feasibility study, existing conditions survey and conceptual design and ultimately construction documentation for the proposed 2,000 square feet addition. The project was designed to complement the existing building and seamlessly integrate with the existing context. As part of the project, new windows, complementing the existing windows were provided. It was an addition for the Authority’s staff offices including Waiting Area, Staff Lounge and restrooms. The completed project included site improvements for an adjacent basketball courts and handicap access.
