Obi C. Agudosi, AIA, has over 36 years of experience practicing architecture and has worked on diverse project types. He has experience in the planning, programming, design, and construction of a myriad of projects in all market sectors. He served 8 years as a board member and 1 year as the President of the New Jersey State Board of Architects.
As the founder, President, and CEO of OCA, Obi is focused on providing practical and cost-effective architectural design solutions to our clients through effective management. He is committed to providing exceptional services to our clients as well as provide a nurturing environment for our staff while contributing positively to communities where our projects are located through honest and reliable work ethics.
Obi has successfully completed projects using conventional design-bid-build and design-build project delivery mechanisms that involved construction phasing and fast-track design and construction. Regardless of the size and scope of the project, Obi gives unparalleled attention and effort to creating maximum value for clients.
Known for his creative and innovative approach to project planning, design and construction, in some cases, Obi has utilized non-traditional project delivery methods, such as modular construction, to ensure project success. His practical and technical background in construction has resulted in innovative designs and the timely and cost-effective completion of projects.
Mr. Agudosi is experienced in all phases of design and construction, with a particular emphasis on project management. He is dedicated to design excellence that embodies quality construction documents developed on schedule and within the established budget.
