Newark's Zoning Board has approved an exciting project set to revitalize a vacant lot on Morris Avenue in the city's Central Ward. The Morris Avenue Development Group, in collaboration with M & M Global Investments, plans to construct a six-story building featuring 178 residences, retail spaces, and amenities such as a fitness center and roof terrace. The development received variances for factors like building height and parking, signaling a departure from conventional standards. While a groundbreaking date is pending, the project promises a positive transformation for the City of Newark.
