We are excited to announce that the 19 Livingston Street Mixed Use Development is finally complete!

This beautiful 5 story building brings 48 modern apartments to the heart of Newark with a mix of one, two, and three bedroom homes. Each apartment features contemporary finishes, open layouts, and energy efficient appliances designed for comfortable living.

The ground floor will welcome local businesses like cafes, shops, and services, adding even more life to the neighborhood. Residents and visitors will also benefit from on site parking and convenient access throughout the community.

Designed by OCA, this project was built with care and attention to detail. Residents can enjoy a landscaped rooftop terrace with city views, private balconies in select homes, and inviting outdoor spaces for everyone to gather. The parking garage is fully accessible and includes electric charging stations to support modern living.

We are proud to bring this new development to Newark and look forward to seeing it thrive as a place where people can live, connect, and grow.
