The New Jersey Performing Arts Center (NJPAC) has commenced a $336 million redevelopment project for a mixed-use campus in Newark, New Jersey. Spanning 12 acres and designed by several architectural firms, including OCA Architects, the project involves constructing two new buildings and renovating two existing ones. The development will feature mixed-income housing, community center spaces, and a new public park. OCA Architects is the design architect for the renovation of 31 Mulberry Street, an annex to the proposed Cooperman Center which will include additional spaces for community events, as well as educational and office facilities' for the arts center.
