OCA Architects' 4 story residential mixed-use development for client, Sackman Enterprises, Inc has been completed. Located at 700 Bangs Ave in Asbury Park, NJ, the building includes 3 stories of residential units over commercial space and parking garages. The development consists of 42 units (studio, one and two bedroom) over 5 retail units and parking. The project was designed and constructed using modular construction methodology.
