Planning Board approves OCA's residential project.

801 Main Street, located in the beach town of Avon-By-The-Sea received planning board approval. The 19 unit townhouse development is an approximately 1.04 acre site in Monmouth County, New Jersey.


The project consists of four separate buildings, one of which hosts affordable housing units adding up to nineteen units. The buildings are organized in such a way to create a sense of community by the provision of inner courtyard and accessible from the back of the units.


The development consists of 2-story units with Family Room, Dining Room, Kitchen, Living Room, Pantry, Powder Room, 3 bedroom and an outside terrace. In addition, provided are affordable units consisting of 1 and 2 bedroom units with Living Room, Dining Room, and Kitchen.


OCA has commenced on the next phase of this project and very excited to bring this Vision into a Reality.
