700 Bangs
700 BANGS
OCA recently completed the design for 700 Bangs Avenue in Asbury Park, New Jersey. 700 Bangs Avenue is a mixed-use residential development, for which OCA collaborated with developer Sackman Enterprises. OCA was retained to develop the design and construction documents for the project utilizing modular construction. The project is a 75,675 s.f., 5 story building, with a total of 42 units consisting of 22 studios with office work space, 18 one bedroom units with office work space, and 2 two bedroom units.
There are 2 levels of parking garages at the basement and a portion of the first floor. The remaining portion of the first floor consists of retail/commercial spaces. There are residential units on floors 2 through 4 with roof penthouses'.
