OCA’s Principal’s prior project experience includes working with Metrovest Equities on the planning and design of the redevelopment of the vacated Orange Hospital site. The development borders Central Avenue and South Essex and Henry Streets. Parking will be made available under the buildings. Situated on 8.8 acres, the new development includes eight separate buildings ranging from four to five stories that create 454 residential living units for moderate to low-income families. Amenities include 20,000 square feet of outdoor green space, an outdoor pool, Pool House/ Development Office and a Fitness Center. An additional 15,000 square feet will accommodate retail space.
