OCA Architects was awarded the opportunity to redevelop a sizeable parcel of land in the City of Orange, NJ. What used to be a worn-down and neglected industrial building, is now in the works of becoming a beautiful 6-story, 142-unit multifamily residential building which is sure to breathe new life into the neighborhood.
